With a background in French luxury and a heart for giving, Gabriella created House of Galas to unite elegance with purpose. Its debut event on November 9th, benefiting Free a Girl, was not just a glamorous evening at the James Burden Mansion but a resounding success. Netflix was there to capture the magic for an upcoming documentary, shining a spotlight on the cause and its incredible founder, Yolanthe Cabau.

“I wanted to create an elegant and meaningful evening that left guests inspired and informed,” Gabriella shares. Her events are meticulously curated, blending her expertise in the luxury industry with a mission to make a difference. “Everything has to make sense and tell a story—from the venue to the decor and the food.”

But who is the woman behind House of Galas? Gabriella’s story begins in France, where she was born and raised, dividing her time now between Paris and Manhattan—two cities that shaped her vision. Her professional journey is one of sophistication and accomplishment, having earned a Master’s Degree in Business and Management and working for iconic brands like Chanel, Hermès, and LVMH.

Yet, it’s her personal roots that make Gabriella’s journey so compelling. Inspired by her mother, who introduced her to charity work at a young age, Gabriella’s passion for philanthropy began with helping children in need and supporting those with disabilities. “These experiences left a lasting impression,” she reflects, “and inspired my commitment to giving back.”

“A pivotal moment for me occurred at a gala a few years ago when I saw an incredible woman honored for her 15 years of dedication to charity,” Gabriella explains. “It was deeply inspiring and made me realize the impact I could have by starting now.”

And what a story she’s telling. The future of House of Galas includes another Free a Girl gala in New York and an exciting event planned for Paris. “We’re planning more events and continuing to create unforgettable experiences that inspire generosity and involvement,” she says.

But Gabriella’s elegance isn’t limited to her events. As a soon-to-be mother, she balances her ambitious projects with daily routines that keep her grounded. “I prioritize maintaining a routine, including cardio and Pilates, and I’m a big fan of daily to-do lists,” she says. “It helps me stay organized and clear on my goals.”

Her advice for women who want to create something extraordinary? Gabriella keeps it simple: “Start now. There’s no need to wait for the perfect moment—trust your vision and take that first step.”
